To exchange or return your Misses White products , just contact us at info@misseswhite.com and we will give more updated information. Please note that you should never send your order back to us without our authorization.

The Misses White products must be returned in their original package and in perfect conditions, without any signs of use, within 14 calendar days after receiving them.

And like that, quick and easy, it’s all ready to be collected by our delivery partner. In case of exchange, please mention your new intended size by email at info@misseswhite.com. In returns, the shipping cost is debited from the amount to be returned.

Misses White does not take any liability in case of loss or damage suffered during shipping of the returned Misses White product. After receiving the Misses White product and verifying its perfect condition, your payment will be refunded through the same way it was carried out, deducting the return transportation fee.

Please, take note, that in promotions, sales or partnership events, this policy doesn’t apply. Misses White is only able to give you a Credit note that you may use in the following six months.
